About discrepancies in Rakuten Advertising

The Rakuten Advertising data source connector may produce the "No data found" error or produce partial data. This happens because the Rakuten Advertising data source connector doesn't have access to all the columns from which you're trying to pull data.

The Rakuten Advertising connector fetches data based on the link provided when connecting to the Rakuten Advertising data source. If you have set data for columns A, B, C, and D to be available through the link, that's the data Supermetrics can fetch.

  • If you try to fetch data for columns E and F, Supermetrics will return a "No data found" error because those columns are not available through the link.
  • If you try to fetch the data for columns A, E, and F, Supermetrics will return partial data. Supermetrics will return data only for column A because that's the only column available through the link.

When creating the query, make sure that all the columns you're querying data from are available through the link.

Note that the query date range doesn't need to match the link date range.
