About data source accounts

Supermetrics uses the term data source account to describe a user account in a data source.

For example, Facebook Ads uses "accounts," while Google Analytics uses "views," and Instagram Insights uses "profiles". In Supermetrics, all of them are called data source accounts.

Review our list of data source account names to learn the terms that each data source uses to describe its user accounts.

Manage your quota

Each Supermetrics license supports a specific number of data source accounts for each data source it's connected to. This is your license's data source account quota.

Licenses purchased online include 10 data source accounts by default. Some packages can be upgraded to include up to 20 data source accounts. Contact our team to learn more.

Learn how to track your quota and license usage and refresh your data source accounts.

All data sources under the same license share the same number of data source accounts.

For example, if you want to pull data from 15 Facebook Ads accounts and 10 LinkedIn Ads accounts, you should purchase a license that supports 15 data source accounts. This way, all your connected data sources — including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads — will be able to use 15 data source accounts each.

Data sources with unlimited accounts

Some data sources support an unlimited number of data source accounts on any Supermetrics license. They include:
