If you’ve recently made changes to your Supermetrics queries for a particular data source — like adding new accounts, custom metrics, or new segments, for example — but they’re not showing in your reporting, you should refresh your account data.
Instructions
- Log in to the Supermetrics Hub.
- In the top-right corner, click your email address, and click Licenses.
- Click on the license you'd like to look into.
- Scroll down to Data sources & accounts.
- On the right side, click Refresh account list.
- Finally, reauthenticate the data source to re-establish its connection to Supermetrics.
Clear cache in Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)
In Looker Studio, you can clear the cache for some data sources.
- Click the Edit icon (
) next to your data source (or click Resource → Manage added data sources and click Edit there).
- Click Edit connection.
- Scroll down, and click the highlighted link.
