We are sorry, but you do not have access to Google Docs. Please log in to your Admin console to enable Google docs.
This error occurs when an organization’s Google Workspace administrator hasn’t granted access to documents in your Workspace.
Contact your Workspace administrator for help resolving this issue. If you are an administrator, follow the steps below to quickly remove the error.
- Log in as an Admin to the Google Workspace Admin Console.
- On the left-hand side of the page, navigate to Apps → Google Workspace → Drive and Docs.
- Click Service Status.
- Change the status from OFF to ON for everyone, and click Save.
Please note that the changes can take some time to update if you have a lot of users in your organization.
