By default, X Ads (Twitter) query results only include native Twitter data. This can result in a discrepancy between the values you see on X (Twitter) and the values you see in your Supermetrics reporting.
To solve this, enable a Supermetrics setting that will include Twitter Audience Network data in your results.
Instructions
Google Sheets
- Open the Supermetrics sidebar.
- Navigate to the Options section.
- Check the box next to Include Twitter Audience Network.
Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)
- Click any report element to open Supermetrics.
- Click the Edit icon next to the data source’s name to open its configuration.
- Click Edit connection in the top-left corner.
- Scroll down to Include Twitter Audience Network and check the box.
Excel
- Open the Supermetrics sidebar.
- Navigate to the Options section.
- Select Custom…
- In the Advanced setting field, add INCLUDE_PUBLISHER_NETWORK.
- Click Add.
- Return to the Options section and select Include Twitter Audience Network.
BigQuery
When setting up your data transfer, navigate to Transfer settings and select Include Twitter Audience Network.
