This guide will walk you through how to reset the Facebook business integration for:
- Facebook Ads
- Facebook Insights
- Instagram Insights
- Instagram Public Data
- Log into Facebook with the account that you use to authorize the data source in Supermetrics.
- Navigate to the Business Integrations page.
- In the Active section, find the Supermetrics integration for the data source you're using.
This is called Supermetrics Connector in Instagram Insights, Supermetrics IGPD2 in Instagram Public Data, and Supermetrics in Facebook Ads and Facebook Insights.
- Click the checkbox next to the integration you'd like to remove.
- Click the blue Remove button above.
