How to fix discrepancies in Twitter Audience Network data

By default, Twitter Ads query results only include native Twitter data. This can result in a discrepancy between the values you see in Twitter, and the values you see in your Supermetrics reporting.

To solve this, enable a Supermetrics setting that will include Twitter Audience Network data in your results.

Instructions

Google Sheets

  1. Open the Supermetrics sidebar.
  2. Navigate to the Options section.
  3. Check the box next to Include Twitter Audience Network.

Data Studio

  1. Click any report element to open Supermetrics.
  2. Click the Edit icon next to the data source’s name to open its configuration.
  3. Click Edit connection in the top-left corner.
  4. Scroll down to Include Twitter Audience Network and check the box.

Excel

  1. Open the Supermetrics sidebar.
  2. Navigate to the Options section.
  3. Select Custom…
  4. In the Advanced setting field, add INCLUDE_PUBLISHER_NETWORK.
  5. Click Add
  6. Return to the Options section and select Include Twitter Audience Network.

BigQuery

When setting up your data transfer, navigate to Transfer settings and select Include Twitter Audience Network.
