This guide will walk you through how to authenticate or reauthenticate Adtraction with Google Sheets, Data Studio, and Excel.
Before you begin
To connect Supermetrics to Adtraction, you need an Adtraction API token. These are also referred to as API keys.
To generate this token:
- Log into Adtraction.
- Navigate to Account → Settings.
- Select API from the navigation menu.
- Copy the API token.
Supermetrics supports 2 Adtraction query types:

- Affiliate accounts
If you're logged with an API token belonging to an advertiser account, you can only use the report types intended for advertiser users. The same applies to affiliate accounts.
