About auto-renew

Auto-renew automatically extends a license with the payment information used in the initial purchase.

Licenses purchased with a credit card

If you are an Owner of a team, you can check and change a license’s auto-renew status.

  1. Log into the Supermetrics Team Site.
  2. Check that you’re in the right team in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click the License tab.
  4. Find the license you wish to update.
  5. Click Manage to see the license details.
  6. Under Payment details, you can find and adjust the license’s auto-renew status.

Please note that you can only enable auto-renew if the license was purchased after spring 2021.

Licenses purchased with invoice

Auto-renewal can’t be adjusted in the Team Site for licenses bought with an invoice. Please submit a support request if you need to make changes.

Licenses purchased with PayPal

As Supermetrics no longer offers PayPal as a payment option, you can only disable the auto-renewal for the license purchased with PayPal. You can do this from your PayPal account.
