This guide will walk you through how to reauthenticate the user account linked to a data source with BigQuery, the Supermetrics API, or data warehouse or cloud storage platforms.

All destinations: Reconnect the login
As a first step, remove the login that you're having trouble with.
- Log into the Supermetrics Team Site data source manager with the account you use for Supermetrics.
If the site asks you to select a specific team, you’ll need to select the one with the products and licenses you want to renew the login for. - Find the connection you want to renew.
- Under Actions, click the 3-dot menu.
If you don't see Actions, click Renew. - Click Reconnect.
Destination-specific troubleshooting
- Select the transfer you want to reauthenticate from the BigQuery data transfers page.
- Click Edit in the top right-hand side.
- Scroll down the page and click Change configuration.
- Click Add another user.
- Log into the Supermetrics Team Site data source manager with the account you use for Supermetrics.

- Under Actions, click the 3-dot menu.
If you don't see Actions, click Renew. - Click Reconnect.
- Open the Supermetrics Query Manager.
The Supermetrics API supports JSON, K-JSON, PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau. - Click the cross (X) right next to the data source name.
- Click Ok to confirm.
- To log back in, click on the data source.
