How to renew authentication logins (tokens) in the Supermetrics Team Management site

This guide will walk you through how to manage your team’s authentication logins (as known as tokens) in the Supermetrics Team Management site.

Before you begin

The Supermetrics Team site supports login management for these products: 

  • Azure Storage
  • BigQuery
  • Google Cloud Storage
  • Google Data Studio
  • Netvisor
  • Snowflake
  • Supermetrics API


Instructions

Renew a login

Follow these steps to renew expired, stale, or problematic user logins:

  1. Log into the Team Management site with the account you use for Supermetrics.
    If the site asks you to select a specific team, you’ll need to select the one with the products/licenses you want to renew the login (token) for. 
  2. Find the data source and login you want to renew. Click Renew.
  3. You’ll be prompted to authenticate the data source. Follow the instructions for the data source you’re renewing.


Remove a login 

Follow these steps to remove expired, stale, or problematic user logins that are causing errors.

  1. Log into the Team Management site with the account you use for Supermetrics.
    If the site asks you to select a specific team, you’ll need to select the one with the products/licenses you want to renew the login (token) for. 
  2. Find the data source and login you want to renew. Click Log out.

  3. You’ll be prompted to authenticate the data source. Follow the instructions for the data source you’re renewing.
