How to remove and reconnect data source connections

For Excel users

If your team uses Supermetrics for Excel or any data warehouse destinations, you’ll see different options for managing data source logins. Learn more.


This guide will walk you through how to reconnect accounts with multiple logins on the Supermetrics Team Site.


Instructions

Follow these steps to remove expired, stale, or problematic logins, and then reconnect with the right connection.

Step 1: Disconnect

  1. Log into the Supermetrics Team Site data source manager.

    If the site asks you to select a specific team, you’ll need to select the one with the products and licenses you want to renew the login for.

  2. Find the connection you want to renew. 
  3. Under Actions, click the 3-dot menu.
  4. Click Disconnect.


Step 2: Reconnect 

  1. Log into the Supermetrics Team Site data source manager.

    If the site asks you to select a specific team, you’ll need to select the one with the products/licenses you want to renew the login for.

  2. Find the connection you want to remove. 
  3. Under Actions, click the 3-dot menu.
  4. Click Reconnect.
