How to add multiple user accounts, accounts and data sources in Data Studio

This guide will walk you through how to add multiple user accounts, accounts, and data sources with Data Studio.

To add multiple user accounts, do the following:
  1. Click the Edit icon next to your data source (or click Resource → Managed added data sources and click Edit there).
  2. Click Edit connection
  3. In the data source settings, click on the link at the end of the sentence that starts with “To add more/manage user accounts…”

  4. If you belong to multiple teams, you will get the option to select the team you are logged in with. Click on select to select a specific team.

  5. Click +Add new account to add a new user account.
