How to refresh your account data

If you’ve recently made changes to your Supermetrics report — like adding new accounts, custom metrics, or new segments, for example — but they’re not showing in your reporting, you should refresh your account data.


Instructions

Step 1: Refresh your account list

  1. Log in to the Supermetrics Team Site.
  2. Navigate to Accounts tab.
  3. Open the Licenses tab.

    If you can’t find your license, it may be assigned to another team. The current team is listed in the upper-right corner, and you can switch teams with the Switch team button.

  4. For the license you want to refresh, click Manage.
  5. Click Refresh account list on the top right-hand side of the page.

Step 2: Reauthenticate the data source

Reauthenticate the data source. This is an essential step in the refresh process.
