Since late May, we have identified an issue with our Twitter Premium and Twitter Organic data sources. Some queries from these data sources are affected, resulting in discrepant or missing data being pulled.
It’s important to note that since the issue originates from Twitter, Supermetrics does not have direct control over it. We have reported this issue to Twitter.
Updates on the issue

In Twitter Organic, the issue with missing or discrepant data has been narrowed down to video metrics. Other metrics, such as engagement metrics, work normally. We’ve reported this issue to Twitter.

The issue with the Twitter Premium data source has been resolved. Only the Twitter Organic data source is affected at this time, and we're further investigating this issue.
- June 8, 2023
Twitter has acknowledged the issue and stated that a fix is in progress. However, they have not provided a specific timeline for when the fix will be implemented.
