Before you begin
You can query data from Trustpilot Reviews without logging in to Trustpilot.
To pull reviews about a business on Trustpilot, you'll need to copy the company's identifier from its Trustpilot URL. For example, if a company's Trustpilot URL is trustpilot.com/review/supermetrics, the identifier is 'supermetrics'.
You can fetch reviews for multiple businesses by entering multiple identifiers separated by commas.
Query type
- Reviews: Fetch up to 6,000 of the latest reviews for any business on Trustpilot.
Instructions
Make sure you've installed the Supermetrics add-on before you connect.
- Open a new Google Sheets file.
- Navigate to Extensions → Supermetrics → Launch sidebar to open Supermetrics.
- Click Create new query.
- Under Data source, select Trustpilot Reviews.
- Click Start.
- Navigate to Report configuration, and enter the business identifiers you'd like to pull reviews for.

Make sure you've connected Supermetrics to Looker Studio before following the steps below.
- Open the Supermetrics Looker Studio data source gallery.
- Navigate to Trustpilot Reviews and click Start free trial.
- You'll see two buttons that read Authorize. If you're using Supermetrics for the first time, click the left-hand one and log in with the Google Account you use with Supermetrics.
- Once that's done, or if you've done it before, click the right-hand Authorize button (under "Trustpilot Reviews requires authorization to connect to data").
- Select a team that has access to the account you want to connect.
- Choose to make this connection shared or private.
- Click Start.
- Select the query type, enter the business identifiers you'd like to pull reviews for.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page. To create a report with our template, select Use report template for new reports. To create a blank report, deselect this option.
- In the pane's top right, click Connect.
- Click Create report.
- Click Add to report.
