Adtraction: Query setup guide

Once you’ve authenticated your connection to Adtraction, you’re ready to create your first query.

This guide will walk you through how to create your first Adtraction query in Google Sheets, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), or Excel.

Adtraction metrics and dimensions

We’re happy to offer a wide range of Adtraction fields in Supermetrics. You can review a full list of these in our technical documentation.

Instructions

Google Sheets Looker Studio Excel
  1. Authenticate Adtraction in Google Sheets.
  2. In the Supermetrics sidebar, select a date range for your query. If you need to query a lot of historical data, consider using the “Combine new results with old” feature.
  3. Select your query’s metrics and dimensions. If you’d like some inspiration or a starting point, take a look at our Google Sheets templates.
  4. Click Get Data to Table to create your query and pull your data.

When you’re ready, further refine and enhance your Google Sheets queries with advanced settings.

You can also optimize your queries to keep them running as quickly and smoothly as possible, and set up scheduled refreshes so your queries update automatically. These refreshes also deliver reports directly to your inbox on a schedule that works for you.
