Can I change billing cycle?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the billing cycle for the active license. 

Alternatively, you can change the billing cycle by canceling the current subscription and purchasing a new one with the correct billing cycle. 

In this regard, please note that:

  • canceling the subscription does not cut off your license immediately. The remaining time on the license will continue to run until it hits the expiration date, and then the subscription will be over.
  • the new subscription will be impacted by the pricing model which is in effect at the moment of purchase. That being said, the pricing for the new subscription could be different from the price of the canceled subscription.
