This guide applies to the following error message for Facebook Ads:
Unsupported get request. Object with ID 'act_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api
This error usually means the Facebook ad account in the error (listed as act_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) is no longer available. This may be that the account was removed or that the user's permissions were removed from that account. It may also be a symptom of the user's authentication being expired.
First, to rule out an authentication-related problem, follow the appropriate directions to re-authenticate the Facebook user account being used on the data source:

If the error persists after trying to re-authenticate the user, then go into the Facebook Ad Manager to verify the account still exists and that the Facebook user has proper permissions to access it. Your ad account administrator should be able to help you with this if you have issues with checking your permissions. If the account has been deleted, then you must update the query settings to remove that account which will clear the error.
