How to fix a query that isn’t associated with a Supermetrics team you have access to

When using Supermetrics with Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), using any data source, you might see an error message that reads:


  • Community connector error: Your query is associated with a Supermetrics team that you don't have access to. You should edit your data source to use a team you have access to. If the problem persists, report an issue with the connector owner.


This message means that the Supermetrics team originally assigned to the data source was either deleted or merged with another team. This means the team is no longer valid.


To fix this, reauthenticate the affected data source. This will refresh the connection and make the data source update the Supermetrics team associated with the query.
